Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Soon after that, we will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your purchased item(s) are available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable for any reason, we will reach out to you immediately via e-mail to provide you with the available options. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3-5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipping:

If your order is in stock and ready for immediate delivery, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you the tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to contact us at info@xpressgenerators.com

Our shipping is always free on all orders to the lower 48 States of the United States.

Note: Some heavier generators may ship via LTL and can take anywhere from 10-15 days to arrive at your destination.
